Our services include (without limitation); subscription services to our newsletter, enquires made via our contact sheet, workshops, parties, make-up services, retail products.

What personal data we collect, depends on which of our services you are accessing. The information that we collect would be: your name, address, telephone number(s), email addresses, social media names and links, *payment information when making a purchase.
*Your payment details are not collected by the website, but only stored by Stripe or PayPal, depending on which payment method you use, and will not be stored by us.
We do not pass or sell your personal information to third parties for any marketing purposes.
Your information is very important to us and we look after it carefully in line with data protection and privacy laws. We never collect more information than is necessary for the job in hand and the information we collect depends on which service you are accessing.

Delivery and contact details as well as order number are shared with our courier (e.g. Royal Mail, Hermes) in order to facilitate the successful delivery of your order.

Webserver: Monster Academy web-platform is hosted by SiteGround and based in London, who comply with GDPR.
Company Email: Our email system is hosted by Zoho, who comply with GDPR
Mailing System: Our website subscription data collection is integrated with Mail Chimp, who comply with GDPR.
Backup System: We use an external backup disk to store data which is password protected.
Local Storage: We also hold copies of the data required to run our organisation on our local computer systems. Our computer systems are password protected.
