SHIPPING
Please note you must pick the correct shipping for your order, failure to so will cause delays to your order.
Any codes or coupons used incorrectly will cause delays to your order.

We mainly use Hermes as our courier, you can also check their website for the most up to date delivery terms and conditions and to track your parcel.
Courier – Next Day must be ordered before 11am. If something is urgent, then please contact us first. Some places may take 1-2 days on this option.
Courier Standard – Usually takes 2-3 days.
These Courier Services are not available for the Channel Islands, PO Boxes or BFPO locations. Please choose a Royal Mail option.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Usually takes 1 day, depending on where you are located. Please order by 11am.
Free Delivery – Is valid on orders over £50 and will be via Courier Standard.
Collection in Person – If you live near SE26 and would like to pick your order up, please contact us first to arrange a convenient time.
Returns and Refunds
Your order is checked and re-checked to make sure the items are correct and undamaged.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, if there is a problem or if you have purchased in error, here’s what to do.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received your order. You must contact us prior to returning the item, with as much detail as possible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and complete in the original packaging, with any labels or tags
Your item needs to have the receipt, order number or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Faulty items will be issued with a full refund.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The goods are your sole responsibility until they are received by us and must be returned to us in the same condition they were prior to despatch.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
